NSW Canteen Association Guidelines:

Any product with a G is considered to be GREEN – allowed to be used every day of the week.

Any product with an A is considered to be AMBER – should not dominate the menu.

Any product with an R is considered to be RED – allowed to be used twice per term only.

We also now have all vegetarian & gluten free products marked for your convenience.
